Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Request a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all shipping inclusions, and in its original packaging.  

To start a return, email us at herbaura323@gmail.com. Please provide proof of purchase, photos of received item and mailing information in your email. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, fees and package insurance (if required) by mailer. You will receive a response within 42 hours of sending where we will do our very best to correct any troubles with your order. After we have assessed your order we will accept or deny the return process based on the nature of your order's issue. 

We reserve the right to deny a return request for any reason.

Items sent back to The Green Aura Boutique without first requesting a return/refund will NOT be eligible for refund.

*Returns and Refunds on International orders (outside the US) are NOT accepted.*To minimize fuel emissions, international orders are all final sale, meaning returns are NOT accepted.

For domestic shipping (US), expect an approximately 7-15 business day return cycle. The Green Aura Boutique is not responsible for delays in selected mailing systems provided on domestic orders due to COVID-19 or other obstacles.

Cancellation Policy:

Buyer must request to cancel or alter an order (within equal value of initial purchase) 24 hours after placing. If this deadline is not met, simply start the return process for the item once you have received it. Note return instructions above.

**PLEASE NOTE**

The Green Aura Boutique is unable to ship products to certain countries at this time, with USPS, due to the effects of COVID-19. These countries include Yemen, Chad, Laos, Libya, Russia, and more. Please refer to the USPS website before purchasing to avoid mailing complications or restrictions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item included a glass item that broke, please state in return request email. A photo attachment of received item in buyer's return request email is required in order to proceed.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout for all US states. Some areas and zones within the US are not eligible for expedited shipping. Shipping profiles range from overnight to 3 days after purchase date. The Green Aura Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers on expedited shipping orders. If expedited shipping is selected, order processing time will be prioritized and shipped out same day. Expedited shipping is not available on international orders and will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as herb bundles, items including flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, like broken glass, topical oils and stickers are NOT eligible for return. In the event of a broken item, carefully dispose of the remains, contact me, and I will send you a duplicate of the item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and delivered, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can only be made of items of equal or less value than the item purchased. If an exchange purchase contains an item of greater value than the initial item's value, the exchange process will be denied. Notice of denial will be sent to your posted email address until a correct purchase is made.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business day. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
