Shipping Policy
-Please allow 7-15 days for order processing and delivery for domestic US orders
-Once order is packed and shipped, the Green Aura Boutique is not responsible for any delays or damages procured by UPS/USPS
-Before confirming an order, please ensure your desired address is correctly stated. Email herbaura323@gmail.com within 1 day of purchasing to correct order/address changes.
-The Green Aura Boutique is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect mailing information
-If a package states it has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local UPS/USPS. They will be able to correct your delivery as I only possess the same tracking information as the buyer. I advise waiting an extra day or two after the item has said its been delivered, as frequently orders may show up days after they state they are delivered.
-If you're order still doesn't arrive a few days after a delivery status, it is possible that package theft is the reason. File a claim with UPS/USPS or your local police if you believe your order was stolen.
-The Green Aura Boutique provides more than adequate protection of items in transit. If your purchase arrives broken, unusable or in unacceptable condition, you are also encouraged to file a claim with UPS/USPS
