Shipping policy

US Domestic shipping only. Shipping is free to all US territories excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping is not offered free and will be available for purchase at checkout. Shipping options will be present to outlying territories at checkout for purchase. 

Processing Times

Orders placed before 1 PM EST on NON MADE TO ORDER items will be shipped within the following business days. Made to order items will be shipped within 2-3 days upon purchasing. Holiday processing times do not differ from this policy.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially around the holidays, please allot a few days delay as well as any natural mailing delays from USPS. Your tracking number should disclose any such delays.

Delivery Address and P.O Box

Please note that The Green Aura Boutique is not able to ship to P.O boxes for insurance purposes. If a P.O box shipping address is provided at checkout, your order will be terminated, and you will receive an email explaining why. Upon receiving and shipping your order, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed within the 1-2 business day processing window.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided in your invoice upon purchasing your item(s). This invoice will be sent via email. The provided tracking information can then be accessed through the USPS carrier website. If you have not received an email, check any spam or deleted email folders before requesting a resend email.

Please note that The Green Aura Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen parcels after date of mailing. Please inquire with USPS for information and resolution if any of these should occur.
